Customer Quick Start

This guide walks you through logging in, registering, and making your first booking as a HellaBooking customer.

Logging In

Navigate to your club's URL (e.g. https://demo.hellabooking.com). You will see the login page titled "Jelentkezz be".

Click "Bejelentkezem" to log in.

Additional options on the login page:

  • "Elfelejtettem a jelszavam" — reset your password via email
  • "Regisztrálj itt" — create a new account
  • Google/Gmail social login — sign in with your Google account

Registration

Click "Regisztrálj itt" on the login page to navigate to /Customer/User/SignUp.

Tip

Registration is open and does not require admin approval. Your account is activated immediately after sign-up.

After login you see a welcome message: "Üdvözöllek [Name]".

The header displays your current balances:

  • Kredit: - (booking credit balance)
  • Tanfolyam kredit: - (training credit balance)

The sidebar contains 10 menu items:

Making a Booking

  1. Click "Foglalási naptár" (Booking calendar) in the sidebar.
  2. Select the sports field type from the "Sportpálya típus" dropdown — choose Tennis court or Padel.
  1. The calendar displays a resource time grid with individual courts as columns.
  2. Click an empty time slot to open the booking modal.
  3. Fill in the booking details:
    • Date — the booking date
    • Beginning time / End time — in 30-minute increments, minimum 60-minute duration
    • IsReccuring checkbox — optional, for recurring weekly bookings
    • isSplitPayment checkbox — optional, to split payment between players
  4. The price is calculated automatically based on the pricing period and your user type.

Note

Time slots use 30-minute increments with a minimum booking duration of 60 minutes.

Profile & Account

Click the user dropdown in the top-right corner for account options:
