Your Account & Profile

Manage your personal information, family accounts, and language settings from your account area.

Profile (Profil)

1. Click the header dropdown menu.
2. Select Profil. This opens /Customer/User/UserProfile.
3. Edit your personal information, contact details, address, and billing information.
4. Save your changes.

Password Change (Jelszo valtoztatas)

1. Click the header dropdown menu.
2. Select Jelszo valtoztatas (Password Change).
3. Enter your current password and your new password.
4. Confirm the change.

Family Accounts (Csaladi fiok)

You can add family members who share your account:

1. Click the header dropdown menu.
2. Select Uj csaladi fiok (New Family Account). This opens /Customer/User/AddFamilyMember.
3. Fill in the family member's details.
4. Save to create their linked account.

Shared Account

Family members linked to your account can make bookings under the same membership. This is convenient for families who share club access.

Language Settings (Nyelv)

HellaBooking supports multiple interface languages:

• Magyar (Hungarian)
• English
• Deutsch (German)
• Espanol (Spanish)

Change the language from the Nyelv dropdown on the login page or in your settings.

Membership Card (Klubtagsagi kartya)

If the club has membership cards enabled (MembershipCardEnabled=ALL):

1. Access the membership card page from your customer pages.
2. View a card preview showing the club logo and your personal details.
3. Click Tagsagi kartya letoltese (Download Membership Card) to save a copy.

Availability

Membership cards are only available if the club has enabled this feature. If you do not see the option, contact your club.

User Metrics / Fitness Tests (Tesztek)

Trainers can record your fitness test results, which you can review:

1. Navigate to the Tesztek (Tests) section.
2. Select a test template from the dropdown (e.g., MINI, ABC).
3. View your test history in the table.

Club Contact (Elerhetosegeink)

Club contact information is accessible via the Elerhetosegeink (Our Contact Info) link on the login page. This includes address, phone number, and email.
