Payments & Pending Items¶
This page explains how to view your payment history, handle pending items, and understand the available payment methods.
Pending Items (Fuggo tetelek)¶
To check unpaid items:
- Click Fuggo tetelek (Pending Items) in the sidebar.
- This opens
/Customer/Query/PendingPaymentwith a list of all your unpaid bookings and charges.
Pay Promptly
Unpaid items may affect your ability to make new bookings. Check your pending items regularly.
Purchase History (Vasarlas tortenet)¶
To view all your past payments:
- Click Vasarlas tortenet (Purchase History) in the sidebar.
- This opens
/Customer/Query/PurchaseHistorywith a complete record of all your transactions.
Payment Methods¶
The following payment methods may be available depending on your club's configuration:

| Cash | Pay at the reception desk |
| Card | Pay by card at the reception desk |
| Bank transfer | Pay via bank transfer |
| Online (SimplePay) | Pay online through the SimplePay gateway |
| Online (Stripe) | Pay online through the Stripe gateway |
| Credit | Use your prepaid credit balance |
Pay Later Option¶
- Club members can book without immediate payment if the club has enabled this (CustomerBookAndPayLater=CLUBMEMBER). The booking is confirmed and payment can be made later.
- Casual visitors must pay at the time of booking.
Club Members Only
The pay-later option is a club member benefit. If you are a casual visitor, you will need to complete payment during the booking process.
Online Payment Flow¶
When paying online:
- Select online payment during the booking process.
- You are redirected to the payment provider (SimplePay or Stripe).
- Complete the payment on the provider's secure page.
- You are redirected back to HellaBooking.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Split Payment¶
If the club has enabled split payment on the court type (SplitPaymentEnabled=OPTIONAL), you can divide the booking cost between multiple users.
Splitting Costs
Split payment is useful for group bookings. Each participant pays their share directly.
Invoices¶
If the club has invoicing configured, invoices are sent via email or can be viewed in your Vasarlas tortenet (Purchase History) page under the InvoiceReference column.
